Pancake Art DTIYS: Aggretsuko | The Dancakes Challenge

She’s cute; she’s a young professional; and she is filled to the brim with rage. Her name is Retsuko, and she’s the red panda protagonist of the hot animated show, Aggretsuko – season three releases on Netflix today!

On this installment of The Dancakes Challenge, join Dancakes artists Benjamin Daniel and Daniel Drake as they attempt to draw the iconic heroine of this lovely series (from Sanrio, the creators of Hello Kitty) with a twist – they’ve got to do it in their own style! Dana Baldus special guests in this one as our timekeeper and Full House Trivia provider. This episode was edited by Dan (and I am also writing the caption for it) and I feel pretty good about it. I managed to throw this together in about a day and a half of editing; I’ve learned to do color correction and some basic audio tweaks; and all told, I’m proud of it even if I didn’t have quite as much time to work on it as I did in the last Dancakes Challenge video.
